19 August 2013 FLASH!!!!

1)clarified that the proposed Companies Act, 2013 will not be applicable for the Intermediate (IPC) and Final Examinations to be held in May 2014.

2)Regarding the applicability for November 2014 Examination, the decision will be taken based on the exact date of enactment of the above Companies Bill into the Act.

25 August 2013 Recently icai released one more notification in 23.08.2013 that there is chance that companies act2012 may applicable for may2014 also
