i can suggest some general tips
Build a strong reading habit. The news papers like Business line, Times of india ETC.
Read loudly that can help you to improve your vocabulary
Listen news channels such as BBC
As far as possible please communicate through english
Attend good spoken english classes (it is just recommendary)
