24 March 2026 There are 5 distinct branches. One service attributable to only one branch. If ITC attributable to only one branch. Then is it necessary to receive third party service bill on ISD, instead of receiving bill directly to attributable branch from third party.

25 March 2026 ISD is not mandatory if the service relates to only one branch
You can directly receive the vendor invoice in that branch GSTIN
ISD applies only when input services are received centrally and need distribution
