15 December 2013 Dear Sir,
Please clarify whether a loan document executed by the Co for availing loan from Bank executed by affixing common seal only and not signed by affixing For seal of the Company. The Bank intimates that affixing Common Seal is sufficient and signing by affixing for seal is not required.
Pl whether it is in order.

15 December 2013 A common seal not countersigned by the director confirming that "a common seal is affixed in my presence" is incomplete

According to me the documentation is not properly executed and can be challanged in court of law

16 December 2013 Thank You Sir. However, the Co affixes only common seal in the document and not signing on all pages of loan documents by the Co. Docts executed without signing by Co can be enforced?. Pl advise me in this regard.
