Common bond for ep scheme - circular 11(a)/2011 customs

As per the provision of this Common Bond for EP scheme,the bond will be debited for the duty saved amount every time an import takes place against the authorization.My question is , is this Common Bond for EP scheme credited for any amount back to it.If so , what is the amount of credit and when is it credited.
