Can any one tell me
which permission shuld be taken from Cental Excise Commissioner if any assesse removed their scrap from his fatory to weighbridge for weight without any document?
after weighment as per weight Rule 11 under duty invoice will issue but befor what ????

No need to permission of excise commissioner to remove the scrap from factory. The scrap will be remove after payment of excise duty on invoice under rule 11 of central excise rule 2002.
