Whether a pvt.ltd co. can give its director, director remuneration as well as commission on sale is it allowable under companies act & income tax act.

yes, Commission can be given.
But take care of Service tax which is applicable to co because of reverse charge mechanism.
and TDS is applicable u/s 194J @ 10%.

A company can give commission to the director.Definitely service tax under reverse charge has to be considered .
