in form no 16a show total commission paid
0f Rs 73224 but form 26as show 57105 and tds deducted of rs 7322 in form no 16A but in form no26as show tds deducted 7317. sir how i caculate it ? and I also want to know
that total commission paid/credited need to
show as rounded off when fill up itr for e filling?

17 August 2012 Whatever Form No 26 AS is showing is correct as per IT Dept. If, as per you, it is not correct, you need to contact the Tax Deductor & ask them to change their TDS Return. Until & unless, they revise TDS Return, you will not credit of TDS.

17 August 2012 thanks both of you for a replies sir. just i want to know that if I fill up the return as form no 26as that the assessee will get the refund as per form no 26as or any problem to do that ?

17 August 2012 File the return as per form 16A but the department will give you refund according to 26AS.

thanks for replies.but I want to know there is any problem to go according to form no 26as to get refund? actually I already upload the return few days ago as form no 16a but later when I cheked form 26as then I come to know that form 16a and form 26as mismatc.do I need revise return.clear me sir thanks.
