pl advice I have only commission income below 5 lacs, I want to claim certain expenses related to this commission i have to file ITR 4, please confirm i also fill the balance sheet figures or not as I had not prepared the balance sheet

Yes u have to fill itr 4 and have to give details regarding your expenses in and income in P&L Account and balance sheet details.
