commercial expediency means some business purpose. but does it mean the same business in which the assessee is involved eg. tyre manufacture or it includes all business under the head business and profession?

Commercial expediency means for the wholly and solely purpose of business only.
If the assessee have more than one business then the expenditure shold relate to the taxable business income.
If the assessee have more than one business then the expenditure shold relate to the taxable business income.
