if we r purchase a paper from medalman and he is provided Credit note for Rs.25000/- & he is not given the bill. so we accounted.

if bill is not given by middle man then it is urd purchases to you why he give credit note & from whose a/c so when you are selling the goods then you will pay the vat tax & no setoff is available to you
