15 July 2015 I am forming a pvt ltd company with three promoters who are also the first subscribers. Two promoters are Indian residents and the other is an Australian resident. Can anyone guide me as to how the info of the foreign promoter be written and certified as witness on the subscriber page of the Articles and Memorandum of Association.

16 July 2015 Australian person should write his details by hand and a witness should be the person who is present at that time with him.
Also, this page should be apostilled/notaried in Australia.

17 July 2015 Thanks Mr. Pratik. Notarised/ apostiled as in verified by a gazetted officer there??
Also can the same page be used for the other promoters or the Indian promters have to subscribe on a different page?

17 July 2015 Yes..it is attestation/verification by gazatted officer there.
It is better if you keep separate pages for both.
