16 August 2013 Appicable syllabus for nov 2013 was released..and only companies act 1956 is applicable for nov 2013 exam

ICAI also clarified that for may 2014 also old companies act 1956 only applicable

16 August 2013 Refer following icai link for clarification on applicability of companies bill to be companies act 2013 will not apply till may14 exam.

25 August 2013 Recently icai released one more notification in 23.08.2013 that there is chance that companies act2012 may applicable for may2014 also
