What companies act must be read for IPCC NOV. The already existing one or must go for new practice manual?

Appicable syllabus for nov 2013 was released..and only companies act 1956 is applicable for nov 2013 exam

Refer following icai link for clarification on applicability of companies bill to be companies act 2013 will not apply till may14 exam.

Recently icai released one more notification in 23.08.2013 that there is chance that companies act2012 may applicable for may2014 also
