We have opened cold store in Himachal which has started production in April 2012 .
As per earlier reply by club member Section 80-IB(11) is applicable but whether its provision is applicable in this year12-13 also

There is no change in the provisions and are very much there in the act but you have to undergo all the formalities and you have enough time in your hand.
