sir i want to open a coaching center for ca CPT in lakshmi nagar. Is there any requirement regarding registration of my coaching institute with ICAI?
please suggest. and also tell if there are some other legal requirements.

No.you need not require to intimate to the ICAI about opening of the coahing centre. because as per CA Act 1949, ICAI has permitted a member to take coaching classes.
