18 December 2007 I have purchased one flat in a Patparganj IPExtn Society. The secretary has asked the seller to Pay Rs.25000/ and us Rs.10000/- as exit / entry fee as per buy laws of that society. I understand that as per some ruling such charges are illegal. Pl advise with case if any.
