06 June 2016 hello experts i got in chaos in between CMA and CS plz help me out through this. I know that CS core knowledge is on company A/c and CMA is on costing,valuation but still needs a little enlightment on both

06 June 2016 from academic view point- CS is more of theory and CMA is more of practical. So if you dont like theory don't go for CS and vice-versa. From Carrer view-point, you have correctly said.

A Company Secretary is also empowered to carry out secretarial audits. Both the courses have their own share of charm and opportunities and it depends on which side you wish to lean more. End of the day one should be driven more by passion to sustain in any field rather than compelling to be part of a system where one does not wish to put his or her heart into.
