Cma of partnership firm.

24 December 2011 I have been asked to make a CMA report of a partnership firm from my client for submitting it in bank for C.C. Limit purpose. Now i want to know whether the net profit in the case of partnership firm should be taken after remuneration to partners or before remuneration.
