CAN TUITION INCOME OF MINOR WILL BE CLUBBED IN HIS PARENTS OR NOT.
i.e. Can minor child file his return of income if he earn income by teaching.

income eraned by minor using his skill or talent is not to be clubbed with that pof parents.

the ans is no as he is providing service in nature of professional i think itr4s will not be allowed in this case.

IF MINOR ARE EARNING INCOME HIS EFFORTS THEN HE HAVE TO FILE HIS RETURN IN ITR-4
