There is an LLP Incorporated in 2014 and now this year they made BTA with a company (directors are same ie LLP partners).
now do we have to dissolve the LLP according to LLP Act?

As per the LLP Act, 2008 you first have to look up into your LLP Agreement, if it states any Winding up procedures, if LLP Agreement is silent on this then you have to proceed with the LLP Act.
