Dear sir
My freind is Vinay he is working in a manufacturing unit.now his employer decided to close the unit.he want to know what is Excise formility/procedure.Please guide.

take a help of any ca in nearby areas as many returns under diff laws and forms also need to be filled for closing unit.

you have to sell the all assets and pay the o/s liability and make intimation to deptt. for that.
