04 November 2013 plz read cc limit sanction letter it will give how many % of CA-CL is financed by CC limit

normally bank finance 70-75% of working capital

Calculation of DRawing power formulas are as below :

CLosing Stock XXXXX
Debtors less than 180 days XXXX
Less : Creditors (XXXX)
Net Amount XXXXX
DP is 75% of net amount .
It may be varied bank to bank . 70% to 80%
