what are all the procedures for closing of partnership firm?

Get the " Dissolution deed" signed by all the partners with settlement of their accounts as per the terms of the deed. if the deed is registered one, file duly signed FORM V with the jurisdictional Registrar of firms. For required stamp duty consult the area registrar of Firms.
