Transactions relating to March 2016, but bills received in April 2016, whether to be accounted in March 2016, kindly clarify, TDS involved in the transactions.

Provision need to be created in books as on 31 March and TDS will be applicable.

If you follow mercantile accounting system then you have to do provisional entry as on 31/03.
