Closer procedure of manufacture unit

I am working with manufacturing uint,now our unit is declar the closed the all manufacturing activity in certain date.so i want to know what is the closer procedure of company to our excise dept. Please talls us any format or any declaration such as to be filled in excise dept.Awaiting for Any one expert repy.This is most urgent matter.

There are many documents to be submitted for closure of unit in excise like indemnity bond, latest return to be filed, cancellation letter, Board Resolution (incase of company), etc. If you can send me your email ID on rinkurahul@indiatimes.com, then I can forward you the formats.
