I have a query
Can we claim depreciation on vehicle , the vehicle is registered in another name and I am paying instalmment amount??

If you are using for business purpose and showing as an asset in your financial statement then you can claim depreciation, otherwise not.

Make an agreement for this and show this assets in your file and claim the depreciation by crediting the value as loan
