31 July 2012 WE WRE IMPORTING STEM COAL FROM INDONESIA, IN THE BILL OF ENTRY CUSTOM DEPT HAS CHARGED THE CLEAN ENERGY CESS OF Rs.50 PER TONNE ON IMPORT OF STAM COAL MY QUESTION IS WHETHER CLEAN ENERGY CESS IS ELIGIBLE FOR CANVAT CREDIT UNDER EXCISE IF YEAS CAN YOU GIVE ME THE NOTIFICATON NO.
