22 March 2012 Dear Experts,

what is the limitation period for filing petition in CLB for condonation of delay (for uploading form 17)

as the charges of the Company are since 1994... so can i file petition before CLB today...

24 March 2012 There is no need to go to CLB. take NOC from Bank in current date and file Form 17 otherwise there is limitation on filing application with CLB.

05 April 2012 hi... Ahuja,

Bank is not ready to give NOC in Current Date...

As the charges r pending 4m.. 1994.. and the name of the Company has also changed ..

so wat is d limitation period?

05 April 2012 there is no limitation period but fine will be calcuated from the date of delay. For any further guidance mail me at honyahuja@gmail.com. I will let u know further procedure
