The Company provides 2 services i.e. Insurance Service & Management Consultancy Service. I have Query that in which service the company can be resisted? If the T/o of the Ins. Service is Higher & if S.T. liability is higher in Ins. Service. Then, whether it can be treated as unbundled service & can be classified in Ins. Service?

You have to apply for both category of services for registration. Pls read section 66F (1).Yes, it's un-bundled service.
