is it worth to take regular classes from icai for ipcc nov. 2013 exams.?

If you start in June and end the class by August, it is worth it. You can study for the next two months before your November exams. If you are strong in some subjects, prepare on your own and attend classes only for difficult subjects. This will give you time at home to prepare well for the exams.
