What kinds of questions I can and can't answer?

sir, now as per s.194 a (3) of it act tds has to be deducted from the interest on the award amount credited or paid. the qurey is: 1. whether the interest portion has to be apportioned for each year as per the high court of gujarath in hansugari prafulchandra ladhani and others vs oriental insurance co ltd.,( ca 10031 of 2006 in fa 1396 of 2006 : decided on 4/10/2006 2. whether the tds has to be deducted from the intrest amount paid or credited at the time of payment considering the interest as a full lumsum -
