WHAT IS IMPLICATION ABOUNT RATE OF TDS IF TRANSPORATION EXP FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE -09 BUT EXP BOOKED ON SAY 15.10.2009 .AT THE TIME OF BOOKING EXP THE RATE OF TDS FOR TRANSPORATER IS NIL RATE

tds is to be deducted when exp. credit or paid whichever is earlier. as the tds is nil.
