With regard to Govt. Aided Schools who must file TDS (form 24Q), either the Employer/Appointing Authority (Correspondent) or The DDO (The District Educational Officer)
Kindly provide relevant proof.

25 September 2015 If the TDS is deposited into the Govt account by way of Book Entry (Form 24G) then you have to deduct as DDO

If paid by Bank Challan - As an Employer
