Claiming housing loan benefit

24 June 2013 If husband purchased a house property in his wife's name ( husband has not entered his name in the sale deed) & all the payments are done by husband from his bank a/c, while obtaining Loan husband & wife are applicant & Co Applicant can husband take housing Loan benefit as he is making all repayment & wife does not have any source of Income.

Kindly guide me
