claim of Vat refund

anybody tells me i am working in export units trading of cycle parts we use the oil and lubricants like grease etc. can we claim the vat refund which is charged on oil & lubricant the tax rate is 12.5 %

Oil & lubricants are classifiable as consumables. In Maharashtra consumables are not entitled to set off only in respect of dealer who is doing job work. Since in the present case goods are traded & exported there is no restriction on set off claim.
