Claim of old refunds

My client have forgot to file income tax return for the asst.year 2009-10 and 2011-12,although he was having non taxable income in these years, but he want to claim refund refund for the same year. Please suggest what should can I do for him.

01 April 2013 I AM REALLY SORRY TO SAY THAT TIME ALREADY EXPIRED FOR BOTH THE A.Y 2009-2010( EXPIRED ON 31/03/2011) & 2011-2012 ( EXPIRED ON 31/03/2013 ), SO YOU CAN'T FILE IT RETURN FOR CLAIM REFUND OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED ASSESSMENT YEARS.
