A private limited company has 2 directors and both are NRI.
what shall be the citizenship of this private limited company incorporated in India ?

The company can be a resident or a non- resident.
The use of word citizen for the company is not correct.
And the residential status of the company depend on the condition in which country it was incorporated. it is not effected by the residential status of the directors.
