We have issued a cheque to party on today. But it will be clear from bank by Tuesday. Kindly advise how i make the entry in busy.

Such things must be monitored through memorandum register without passing any entries as auditors are averse to Post-dated-cheques issues as it poses challenge for them in testing and certifying going-concern aspect of the company.
Still, if the company decides to record such cheques, then when company issued such cheque to a Party - that time Debit the Party A\C and Credit to PDC issued A|C and on the cheque date / cheque deposit advice date - Cr Bank A\C and Debit PDC A/C
