26 July 2012 what is mean by bounce cheque & which are the latest cases of bounce cheque.

26 July 2012 When cheque bounce because of variety of reasons like wrong sign, not properly written missing date etc, but when cheque bounce because of non sufficient of funds then there is clause in negotiable instrument act relating to same under section 138.

case : Rasik vs Sureshbhai on 1 February, 2010,
Moreover in current year M.Azzaruddin (former captin of indian team) also got warrent from MP court of Delhi relating to same....
