Can any one provide me the checklist to purchase a partnership firm in karnataka
Our company, a pvt ltd. company, is purchasing a partnership firm in karnataka, can any one give me the possible check list to acquire the similiar business?

Dear Naran
There are no any separate set of checklist but following points may help you :-
1) Check either moa of company empowered it or not
2) Consent of all partners are obtained or not
3) All statutory due of the partnership firm have been disbursed or not
4) Proper valuation of Partnership Firm has been done or not
5)Appropriate resolution for the same has been passed or not
6)Consent of creditors has been taken or not
7)How adjustment of Assets and liability of partnership firm will be taken
8)How partner's will be disbursed
