please provide me detailed checklist for passing of Bill so that bill will be passed after considering all aspects

30 October 2014 1)confirmation of price charged: check with purchase orders/quotations received or aggrements if any to confirm the price charged on invoice.

2)depending on nature of work confirm thecompletion of work/service

(a) suppose if it is security/manpower supply ..you may check with attendance register for confirmation of no.of mandays actually worked and same may be verified with no.of man days charged in invoice

(b) in case of any repairs/servicing
confirmation of relevant staff that work was done satisfactorily

.
etc,,this type of reasoning thinking may be required.

3)relevant laws applicable if any under (service tax,income tax (tds,tcs) if any applicable may be considered at the time of payment.

4)and whether person approving the payment is competent to do so(check with authorisation marix)

5)we can think like this depend on company policies followed and other factors
