are there any CA's who are at top management level of any big companies.

CEO : if have extra personal qualities like people management etc.

in my co. a C.A. is CEO.

CA's are the most eligible to become the CEO/CFO of company
you should aim in life to become the CFO/CEO of a big repugted company.
