01 March 2012 A trust is registered under Bombay Public Trust Act,

It has no PAN available & no funds & no activity presently carrying on,

It has only proof of identity available is certificate from charity commissioner not even trust deed

Now trust wants to make minor changes in the name & start activities by taking PAN & obtaining Reg u/s 12AA

How to proceed?

02 March 2012 go to your area SDM OR Office of trust registrar along with the documents,they will get registered it .

The Trust Deed has been registered with Sub-Registrar.Some amendments have been made to the object of the trust through a deed of variation.Is it compulsory to register amendment to Trust Deed with the registrar.
