15 July 2011 In what way the property of charitable trust can be disposed of.

17 July 2011 No need to dispose off the charitable trust's property.

.

Just change the trustees and the whole control over its assets will come under the new Board of Trustees.

.

In the eyes of law; properties of Charitable Trusts are public property.

.

Unfortunately; trusttes are treating the Trust property as their own alike Leaders of our Country who assume they are owner of this country for the period for which they have been elected.

19 July 2011 It can be disposed off by transferring the property only to other Charitable Trust and not to the individuals.
