HOSPITAL RUN BY A CHARITABLE TRUST WOULD LIKE TO IMPORT SOME MEDICAL INSTRUMENT. ARE THEY ALLOWED ANY CONCESSION IN DUTIES? IF YES WHAT ARE THE FORMALITIES TO BE COMPLIED?

as per Hand Book of Procedures vol-1, (2009-2014),individuals / charitable institution / registered NGOs importing goods, which have been exempted from custom dutyunder Notification issued By MOF for bonafide use by victims affected by Natural affected.
