hello can an educational trust whose income for FY 10-11 is 8 laks (turnover=66 lacs)has not filled the income tax return. Do this trust can submit return before 31-10-2012.
Please tell me whether the educational trust
had any alternatives if it cannot submit the return

No alternative. If you have not filed the return then file it immediately otherwise if you are availing the exemption it can be withdrawn
