Is there any particular standard regarding charging the fees for any work done for the clients like Tax Audit,Company Law matters, Roc work, Return filing, internal audit etc.
If yes, then pls provide me the details.

No. Fees will be totally based on your work,expertize and other factors. So be best and charge higher fees.
