16 December 2011 Sir,
I have filed a charge in june 2009,
which is pending for CLB's permission.
1.What needs to be done to regularise the
same.

2.Form 8,guidline /help says ROC can condone the delay beyond 60 days,
What is the procedure for registering chages filed beyond 60 days.

17 December 2011 You have to go to CLB office and meet the concerned officer with whom your case file is pending, because after the expirty of 60 days from the date of creation of charge, the case goes to CLB AND IT CANNOT BE REGISTERED by ROC.
