06 April 2013 A Company has taken consortium fin from two banks 60 cr and 20 cr respectively. the first bank being the lead bank. do we need to file charge with 1st bank with the amoount 60 cr or with 80 cr ?? or we need to file separate charges for 60 cr and 20 cr in the name of separate bank ????
