Changing residential status of director

12 June 2013 I want to change the residential status of a director from Non-resident to Resident.
DIN 4 application needs a proof of the residential status.
What will I have to attach to show that the director is a resident Indian.

14 June 2013 I suppose you can take a tax residency certificate.
Opinion of other experts is welcome.

But An affidavit from the director declaring that he is a resident Indian was enough.
